My main goal right now is simple: commercialise green steel in Australia.
As I've been pushing that forward, I've had to build more than just the product. I've been building the tools, systems, and skills that actually give this start-up a real chance of succeeding.
On this page, you'll see what I'm working on across three tracks: projects that strengthen the engine behind the business, tools I'm creating to help people execute on their goals, and a separate business focused on sales and distribution that helps fund the next stages of the green steel journey.
What I'm Working On
Commercialising green steel technology in Australia. Prototyping and selling products made from sustainable steel to bring research into practical industrial applications.
An AI platform designed to help people set, track, and achieve their goals. Building tools that support personal development and productivity.
Monthly sales of premium wine and beverage stock. Learning about sales, distribution, and e-commerce while generating funding for other ventures.
How I Got Here
I studied a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation (BCII) at UTS. During that time, in 2018, I started Thirsti. It began as a spin-out of the family business in wine distribution. After having wine lying around, I decided to engage in the on-demand delivery trend. After struggling to get this up and running during COVID, I relaunched it as a platform for monthly sales of leftover stock.
After finishing my undergrad, I started a PhD focused on sustainable materials and green steel technology. Six years in, the research led me to see a real opportunity to commercialise the work. That's what led to VACSO, a venture focused on turning this R&D into practical applications for industry.
Now I'm using AI tools to build systems that enable me to work across multiple ventures simultaneously, document progress, and actually get things done.
My Approach
I share my progress on these projects, what's working and what isn't. The journey page has updates on metrics, milestones, and current challenges.
The goal is transparency. I document the actual work: revenue, users, problems I'm facing, and lessons learned. No highlight reel, just honest updates on building these companies.
